This IT Hotline is provided solely for employees to reach the IT Department via Microsoft Teams for troubleshooting and support.
Information Collected
When you call the Hotline, Teams rings all IT staff simultaneously. Standard Teams metadata (caller name, number, time, duration) may be displayed.
Information Use
Information is used only to assist with your IT support request.
Information Sharing
No information is ever shared outside of the IT Department. No exceptions.
Data Storage
Calls are not recorded or archived. Microsoft Teams may log metadata, but the IT Department does not export or share it.
Confidentiality Commitment
Your communications with IT remain private. No information is ever shared. Period.
No mobile opt-in will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes
